Terms and Conditions

General Notes:

• All rates exclude airline ticket taxes (approximately EGP 1,000) which are subject to change at time of issuing the tickets.
• All rates exclude visa cost.
• All taxes have been assessed at the time of creating the package. (Please request the updated rates upon reservation).
• Children rates are based on one child under 12 years old sharing two full paying adults, unless mentioned otherwise.
• All rates are subject to change due to currency fluctuation at time of actual booking and payment.
• All rates are subject to availability of the hotels and the airline booking class.
• All rates are not valid during trade shows, conferences, and peak periods.
• Other hotels, airlines, and extra nights are available upon request.
• Thomas Cook reserves the right to change rates without prior notice at time of actual booking.

Cancellation Policy:

• Starting from 31 days prior to travel date, cancellation fee may apply.
• No show: A cancellation fee of 100% will apply.
• No refund on any unused part of the package.
• Exact cancellation will be advised upon reservation depending on the hotel and date of travel.
